Cancellation Policy
To secure your personalized travel consultation, a $20 hold fee is required at the time of booking. This fee will be applied toward the final cost of your customized travel plan. We understand that plans change, so we offer a 12-hour cancellation window. If you cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled consultation, you will receive a full refund. However, cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time or failure to attend will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
